Zachary is passionate about listening to his clients’ concerns and crafting solutions that meet their needs. His practice focuses on advising, counseling, and litigating labor and employment matters such as responding to charges of discrimination filed with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He also drafts contracts, articles of incorporation, and other documents for businesses and represents businesses in contract disputes and other general litigation matters. He is a strong advocate for his clients and seeks a practical resolution to all matters whether that be through litigation or other means.
