Bria has always had a passion for helping people. After obtaining her college degree, she was determined to make a career that revolved around just that. She knew from the day that she graduated that she wanted to work at a law firm where she could really make a difference.
Prior Experience
Bria received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Kennesaw State University. She started her legal career as a court reporter handling civil litigation proceedings. In this role, she was able to gain some experience in litigation. Bria was a court reporter for about two years and while she enjoyed it, she decided that she wanted to be more involved in clients matters. That is when she transitioned into the career of a paralegal at an Atlanta firm specializing in tax law. Being that she was able to be so involved in all aspects of a client’s case, she was able to gain plenty of knowledge of tax law and how to get the best outcome for clients. Bria helped clients with their tax issues for two years and decided that she wanted to explore another area of law and take on more responsibility in her career. That is how she began her career at Stembridge Taylor.
Outside of the office, Bria enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and spending time with family and her cat, Jelly.
